What is the best bank to consolidate student loans with?

I’ve just recently graduated law with 120k of college loans, both private and federal. It’s a crazy sum but I figured being a lawer graduate I should be able to pay it off quite easily. I’d like to find out a way to consolidate my college loans and hopefully lock in a low interest rate and a reasonable repayment plan. Does anyone have any good advice on which bank I should use and on how to go about consolidating student loans? I’ve been looking around on the net but couldn’t find a satisfactory deal so if there is anyone that has just recently consolidated his/her loans I would love to hear from you.
